Just wanted to again expres my thanks - you were great to work with and although it took longer than we both would have liked, I think in the end we got a result that was about as good as could be expected given the market conditions and competition from the from new construction in the area.  I appreciate your professionalism and your willingness to go the extra mile.  In cases when I needed to grand somebody access to the house you were always able to help me and this saved me the lengthy trip from Cartersville at least a couple of times.  Your communication with me was always honest and timely, and as we went through the process that was a big factor for us to hang in there and never really seriously consider having to dump the property at a much lower price.         Colin Dunn
